I have a fun new accessory to share with you today! It’s the Snow Flurries Capelet Knitting Pattern!
This beautiful capelet is a similar style to the Granny Square Capelet that I designed a few weeks ago. But this knitting pattern has a unique stitch that you may not have seen before.
I thought this stitch was so pretty and fun to work that I wanted to come up with a garment that would easily show it off. I included six photos in the pattern to show you how to complete this stitch step by step. It is a really fun stitch to work!
Capelets are so versatile because not only are they warm and pretty, but you can wear them with a dress that has “statement sleeves.” You don’t have to worry about bulky sleeves going through the arms of a sweater. You can just pop the capelet over your head and it is surprisingly warm!
The pattern includes all the details you’ll need to make your own capelet, including what yarn I used, needle size and gauge. Best of all, I designed it for ALL sizes from 18 months to women’s 4XL. So you can make one for yourself and more for gifts!
